Panel Upgrades
Older homes were built for fewer amps. If your panel is full, warm, or tripping breakers when you add a load, a 100-to-200-amp upgrade gives you room to grow and brings the service up to today's code.
EV Charger Install
A Level 2 charger needs its own dedicated 240-volt circuit. We size the circuit to your car, run it cleanly from the panel to where you park, and pull the permit and inspection so it's done right.
Generators
PNW storms knock the power out for days. A standby generator with a transfer switch keeps your heat, fridge, and well pump running, or an interlock kit lets you backfeed essentials from a portable unit.
Troubleshooting
Breakers that keep tripping, dead outlets, lights that flicker, or half the house going dark. We find the actual cause instead of swapping parts, and fix it so it stays fixed.
Circuits & Lighting
Hot tubs, workshops, and appliances need their own circuits. We also install and swap recessed lighting, fixtures, dimmers, under-cabinet, and outdoor and landscape lighting.
Remodels & New
Kitchen and bath rough-in, additions, and whole-home rewires. We work alongside your general contractor, handle the HVAC electrical, and get the rough-in signed off through inspection.
